1. Fill in the Application Form. The documents that must be completed are as follows:

   • Company Profile

   • Copy of Company Establishment Deed and amendments thereof.

   • Photocopy of SIUP, SIUJK, TDP, NPWP, Domicile, KTP of Company Management

   • Work experience

   • Financial Report for the last 2 years

2. Submit supporting documents / work documents:

   • For Bid Bond: Tender Invitation or the like

   • For Performance Bond: Letter of Appointment of Winner / Work Order / Letter of Intent / Draft Contract / Contract if already exists.

   • For Advance payment Bond: Contract / Contract Agreement that has been signed by both parties.

   • For Maintenance Bond: Minutes of Handover of Work I (Progress 100%)

   • For Payment Bond: Employment Contract

 

Existing Customers / Clients

1. Fill out the Suretyship Application Form

2. Submit a photocopy (choose the appropriate one):

   • for bid Bond: Tender Invitation or the like

   • For Performance Bond: Letter of Appointment of Winner / Work Order / Letter of Intent / Draft Contract / Contract if already exists.

   • For Advance payment Bond: Contract / Contract Agreement that has been signed by both parties.

   • For Maintenance Bond: Minutes of Handover of Work I (Progress 100%)

 

COST :

For Guarantee issuance costs, please contact the number on the Contact, because for each Guarantee, Bank and Insurance rate is different. as well as to calculate the rate, it is necessary to know in advance the Type of Guarantee, Duration and Value of Guarantee.

Range for Surety Bond Rate 0.20% - 0.40% / 3 months.

Collateral / Collateral (especially for Bank Guarantee) Standard 0% - 20%.

The process of issuing surety bonds takes 1-3 working days, for Bank Guarantee 3-5 working days.

 

How to calculate service charge / premium (Simulation):

Advance payment guarantee

The contract value is Rp. 1,000,000,000.00

Value of guarantee / down payment of 30%, amounting to Rp. 300,000,000.00

Guarantee period / work for 3 months

Rate of 0.40% / 3 months

So the amount of service charge / premium is:

Rp. 300,000,000.00 x 0.40% = Rp. 1,200,000.00

Administration Rp. 50,000.00

Total = Rp. 1,250,000.00
